Welcome to the world of #FJSFIT.

Im Frankie. By day, I’m a final year Medical Student at the University of Birmingham (and fingers crossed almost a doctor!) By night, I’m a freelance fitness blogger and instagrammer, documenting (every step of) my fitness and lifestyle journey to become the best version of myself.

I started #FJSFIT in March 2017 on a mission to empower other normal women who dread their stereotypical cardio-dominant gym sessions to move better, look better and feel better. After being a slave to the treadmill years ago, I progressed onto weight lifting, encompassing body-building and CrossFit training styles and saw my body, energy levels and mentality change for the better. The only time i’ve looked back is to see how far I’ve come!

I am currently preparing for my up-coming personal training exams to expand my knowledge to be a reputable source of information for you. I will also be offering a limited number of online coaching and personal training slots.

So this page is for YOU. Having both medical and personal training backgrounds, my vision is for #FJSFIT to be a one-stop-shop for your health and fitness questions. No more googling un-reputable sources telling you that drinking tea will get you your dream body…I hope to be someone you can relate to and can understand the difficulty in juggling it all. I’m by no means the finished product, i’m just a normal girl who sometimes struggles to fit in going to the gym alongside my hospital placements, who can’t resist the pizza and far too often hits the snooze button instead of seizing the day…

Thank you for visiting my page, and I look forward to getting to know you.
